Introduction and Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bbkk platform and all related services. By browsing the bbkk website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have legally agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use any bbkk services. These Terms are written in English and this version shall be considered the effective version.

bbkk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment means you have agreed to the updated Terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. bbkk will never ask for your password by email or chat.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.
• If you have logged in on another person's device, log out when the session ends.
• Full responsibility for all activity on the account lies with the account holder. Even if a third party uses the account, the responsibility remains with the owner.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on bbkk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be made. bbkk ensures that the withdrawal method will be consistent with the deposit method. bbkk reserves the right to review any withdrawal request and to request additional information if needed.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bbkk is committed to preventing illegal fund transfers and money laundering. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the relevant account may be suspended for investigation.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bbkk provides various bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bbkk offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000 and a balance of ৳3,000 — before withdrawing this bonus, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on specific games, which will be stated in the offer details.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent strategic use is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• bbkk reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

Gaming Rules

Casino games, slots, and sports betting services are available on the bbkk platform. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bbkk reserves the right to cancel or review the relevant bet.

Prohibited Activities

Limitation of Liability

• Delays or errors by third-party payment service providers.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.

In any circumstance, bbkk's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the specific transaction in question.

Account Suspension and Termination

bbkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly for breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

• Upon account termination, any legitimate funds remaining in the balance will be returned; however, bonuses and winnings earned from bonuses may be cancelled where applicable.
• In cases of fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited.
